Little Victories

Lainey sure is developing some skills lately. Things like:

-Head/neck control (lifting and turning from side to side).
-Sitting like a grown-up (with the help of Mama's torso).
-Butt control (combined with the aforementioned neck skills... a beached seal presentation).
-Making faces, cooing very girlishly in her sleep, and smiling out of contentment.
-Frustration skills at not being able to completely stretch out her legs in some of her sleepers that are now too short. I suppose we'll be moving on to 0-3mo clothes here soon.

Jason also gave her her first bottle. It was very obvious that she is not picky and will take milk in any which way it comes. We'll continue at least 2 bottles per week at the recommendation of the pediatrician.

We are going to venture out to the KL&A office in Golden tomorrow on Jason's day off. The admin ladies have been anxious to see the babe. Jenni will also be making a return after a lengthy hiatus away from the Blankenship household... that means a cake - YAY!
