For Real

Lainey really picked up crawling, real crawling, when we were on vacation. She can move pretty fast when she has a lot of energy and really wants something. While we were there, she also put her waving hi and bye to good use with lots of new faces, as well as her pointing (with her fist) at new things she wanted to see (like cows). Much to our relief, books have now become something to look at rather than chew on. Things are boring again out here in Colorado compared to the excitement of back home (except for her constantly crawling to something she can stand up at), so maybe the forecasted snow for this week and weekend will actually make it to the ground and stick.

And here she is eating a graham cracker that her grandma got her hooked on. She loves them with a cup of milk!

Lastly, this is what she looks like after nearly every nap. Her hair is really growing!

We are keeping our fingers crossed she doesn't get the cold Jason and I both had. So far so good!
