Lainey has started getting frustrated toward the end of her meals. Turns out, she really wanted the spoon. We are not sure if this is her way of telling us she is done and wants to play with the spoon or if she really wants to do it herself. We think it's a little of both. We are not sure if she's going to be a leftie, but she always eats with her left hand. However, back when she was still a little small for her highchair, she would hold on to the tray with her right hand (to get closer to her food), so maybe that's why she uses her left hand. Habit. Time will tell.
She's also showing interest in giving us things, without us asking. Again, she's either trying to share, or she's just showing us her things she's proud of. She even shares Pooch, her raincoat-wearing wiener dog, with Hudson!
Sometimes she gets frustrated. Or scary. Or dramatic. But really, sometimes she just gets really excited.
I can't get over how cute that face in the bottom picture is.
