A List

Lainey's favorite things these days:

1. Climbing up the stairs to go to the bathroom to play in her designated drawers.
2. Climbing up the stairs to go to her room to play with the toys she has in there.
3. Climbing up the stairs to go lay on Hudson's very hairy dog bed in the master bedroom.

Notice a trend here? Yeah, we do too. Thankfully, our baby gates are coming in soon.

4. Crawling around under the dining room table to push the chairs around and climb through them.

5. Pointing to everything she likes or recognizes or is new or wants and making a grunt as if to ask "What?" or say "I want to go to there."
6. ELMO!! She loves her Elmo sippy cup and can spot it from a mile away. She also knows the song and breaks out her very sweet, higher-pitched voice to try to sing "Lala lala, lala lala..." Or maybe she's saying Elmo. Either way, she has a new syllable.
7. Hugs. Anything and everything. Even the scary Bumble.

8. Exactly 12 hours of sleep at night - girl can tell time already. 2 instead of 3 naps, each at least 1 hour long. (YES!)
9. Wearing big girl 12-18 month clothes.
10. Playing with magnets on the fridge.

11. Standing (in case you hadn't noticed by now).
